With the CHANCE helical pier solution, there are no holes to drill and no delays because there is no grout.  In cohesive soils, there is no need for belled and/or long sockets and in non-cohesive soils, there are no casings or grouted sockets.  There is a typical production rate of 30-40 per day.  Terminations can be set according the type of all thread bar (if needed) or the existing bolt hole can be utilized as a termination mechanism for wall's steel structure.

 

 

For existing retaining wall systems, holes can be cored through the existing wall and helical anchors installed through the cored holes.  A threaded termination is attached to the helical anchor and a solid steel plate is secured using beveled washers and nuts.
